8 Eggs
2.5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
.5 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons coarsely chopped parsley
Paprika
Boil eggs in water until they are hard-boiled
Soak cooked eggs in cold water
Peel egg shells
Slice eggs in half, lengthwise
Remove yolks and put in mixing bowl
Set whites aside
Mash yolk, along with mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, salt, parsley; mix well
Stuff each half-egg with new mix
Sprinkle with paprika
Refrigerate until ready to serve
