Oven Baked Homemade French Fries
2 large russet potatoes
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, leave it out if kids are eating it)
pinch of salt for sprinkling on cooked fries (optional)
1) Preheat oven to 450F
2) Cut potatoes into french-fries stick size.
3) Mix cut potatoes with the remaining ingredients. Make sure every potato stick is coated well with seasoning.
4) Lay potatoes stick on a non-stick baking sheet or tray.
5) Bake them for 35 - 40 mins. Turn them once half way through.
6) Remove from oven. Sprinkle with salt (optional). Let it cool for 2 minutes and serve.
