  • Ingredients


    1 pkg. Earth Family Roasted Garlic Dip Mix and Seasoning
    6 oz. Goat Cheese
    ¼ cup Mayonnaise
    ½ tsp. each Basil, Parsley, Oregano
    3 Tbsp. Panko Breadcrumbs
    1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
    1/8 tsp. Pepper
    ½ cup Caramelized Onions
    1 jar Peppadew Peppers (mild)





    Directions


    In a bowl mix the first 7 ingredients together well. Finely chop caramelized onions and 3 peppers. Stir mixture well. Transfer mixture into a pastry bag and cut the tip for a ¼ ˝ opening. (A plastic baggie can be used too.)

    Drain Peppadew Peppers well. Cut bottoms of peppers a bit or indent bottoms, so they will stand up straight. Fill by piping the mixture into peppers. Bake at 350˚ for 15 minutes. These may also be served cold. Serves 6.





    Chef's Note & Story

    This is a beautiful appetizer and delicious as well. They can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. To be sure, these will be a huge hit at your next dinner or party!
