    Chicken breast part fillet
    salt
    pepper
    thyme
    ham
    cheese
    red bell pepper cut into strips
    cornstarch and bread crumbs
    olive oil
    butter





    Directions


    fillet the breast part of thee chicken.
    make it thin by plastic cooking wrap and tap with baking roll
    rub the fillet with salt, pepper and thyme
    layer the ham, cheese and red bell pepper
    and roll it over and lock it/
    roll it over in the cornstarch and bread crumbs, then fry in medium flame
    slice and serve.
