2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
8-10 slices of bacon
1/2 cup bacon grease
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup unsifted flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven your over to 350°.
Take your bacon and slice them into smaller pieces. The idea is when you cook them up, you'll have crispy bacon bits that will be incorporated in the brownie batter.
Heat up your frying pan and cook your bacon slices. Once they're done, take them put of the pan and just set them aside.
Keep the bacon grease and measure out 1/2 cup of it.
Using a spoon or spatula, stir eggs with sugar and vanilla; add bacon grease.
Sift ground chocolate with flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir into egg mixture; add bacon bits and add chocolate chips.
Spread into a greased 8 or 9 inch pan.
Bake 20—30 minutes.
