    one large vension roast, bacon-hormel-put in large baking pan, wrap in bacon will take out gamey taste. salt. pepper a little garlic. put some water in bottom of pan bake for around 2hrs or falls apart easy. at 350. the bacon will take out gamey taste so good!!
