10 Raw Eggs
1/2 cup Half n Half or cream
1/4 cup Butter (sliced pats throughout)
4 Medium potatoes boiled (cubed)
8 oz deli baked ham Cubed (not sliced)
16 oz Hormel Black Label Bacon cooked (cut 1" pcs.)
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt/Pepper to taste
Mix eggs, cream, salt, in large bowl, set aside. Cube potatoes and place in 9"X 11" deep casserole dish, add cubed ham, bacon and cheddar cheese, mix together. Stir in egg/cream mixture. Set covered overnight in refrigerator. Remove from fridge and bake in preheated oven at 375 for 50 minutes or until browned and crispy on top, be sure to check center for milky egg mixture for doneness. Let set 5 minutes, serve hot. 10 servings.
Perfect for holiday mornings, just take out of fridge and pop in the oven, no cooking mess and no one left slaving in the kitchen to cook up a breakfast.
