1 large package frozen hash brown potatoe (the cubed ones)
2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
11/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup more cheese
Preheat oven to 350 drgrees.
Mix all ingredients except potatoes and the extra half cup of cheese.
Using a 9 x13 pan, layer potatoes and mixture ending with mixture.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Top with the extra cheese and bake until melted about 15 minutes.
You can swap all the ingredients for low or non fat, I do it all the time!
