Delcious almond mushroom korma
Ingerdients
1)mushroom fine chopped=250 gm
2) soaked almonds(skin removed)=75gm
3)onion roughly chopped=2serving spoon
4)ginger roughly chopped=1 inch
5)dry coriander roughly grinded=1 rice spoon
6)Deghi mirch=1tea spoon or to taste
7)salt to taste
8)oil=1rice spoon
9)milk 100 gm
10)rosted grinded jeera=1rice spoon
11)for garnish
1)very fine chopped almonds =1serving spoon
2)fine chopped coriander=1 rice spoon
1) in a non stick pan put oil and keep on the gas
2) add the onion and ginger
3) when its light brown make the paste with the almonds
4) put I tea spoon oil in the pan, add mushrooms stir it for a while, then add the paste, cover for 5 minutes on the slow flame
5) add milk and wait for 2 minutes ,add all the ingredients stir properly cover it switch off the gas
6) add rosted grinded jeera, now korma is ready to serve
7) garnish with chopped coriander and almonds
my own creation,this is very tasty recipe. u can add paneer or tofo instead of mushroom also
