17.8oz bag of Marella Little Spinning Tops Pasta
3/4 cup pesto
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
1 - bunch asparagus
1 cup crumbed feta cheese
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Lo Sgocciolato extra virgin olive oil
Wash asparagus and pat dry. Drizzle asparagus with Lo Sgocciolato extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill asparagus directly on BBQ for 4 minutes. While asparagus is cooling boil the pasta in salted water for 13 mins. Drain pasta and run under cool water. Pour pasta in bowl. Stir in your favorite ready- made pesto until pasta is covered. Toss in cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta. Add cut and cooled grilled asparagus. Add salt and pepper just before you serve.
Serves 4 - 6 patriotic people. Total cook time: 25 mins.
