For the ice cream
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cup green tea syrup
5 cups milk
1 1/2 cup cream low fat
10 egg yolks
For the green tea syrup
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tsp green tea
For the green tea syrup
1. In a small saucepan add the sugar and the water and let them to boil
2. Add the green tea and stir the mixture well to dissolve any remaining sugar grains.
3. Let it cool .
4. Strain the syrup to remove the tea.
5. The syrup is ready!
Ice cream preparation
1. First mix the sugar with the yolks and put them in a pan.
2. Then you must add the (cream low fat) ,the milk and the green tea syrup.
3. Let the mixture cool and put it into the ice cream maker.
