Ingredients:
Bone Suckin’ Yaki Sauce, ½ cup
Pineapple, 2 cups, fresh, cut up in large chunks
Peppers, 2, cut up in large pieces
Sesame Seeds, 4 Tbsp., toasted
Wooden Skewers, 6, soaked in water
Preheat grill to a medium-high. Thread peppers and pineapple pieces onto skewers alternating fruit and vegetable. Baste the pineapples and peppers with Bone Suckin’ Yaki Sauce. Place skewers on grill and grill for 15 minutes, turning skewers to assure cooking on all sides. After skewers are cooked, baste again with sauce and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. These pair well with Yaki Skewered Chicken. Serves 6.
The combination of Pineapple and Peppers is delicious and compliments most meats.
