2 cups self rising flour
1 cup whipping cream
Mix both ingredents together ( you may think you need more cream but it is supposed to be dry) and turn out onto a floured surface and knead a few times then pat or roll out and cut with biscuit cutter and place on a greased pan and pat with butter and bake at 475 for about 10 minutes.
Very easy and fast clean-up if you use wax paper to roll out dough. Great recipe for those who can't roll out a biscuit like their Grandma's did.
