1/2 cup powdered soy milk (I used Better than Milk- brand)
    1/3 cup agave nectar
1/2 cup crispy brown rice cereal
    1/2 cup instant oatmeal
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

    Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together. Kneed ingredients together into a dough, Using clean hands, roll into 1" balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Makes about 24 cookies.

    Chef's Note & Story

If you are a vegan who eats honey, you can use that instead of the agave.

Wow, looks so easy to make! I've heard lots of great things about agave nectar. Where do you buy yours?
