Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix
Monte Bene Spicy Marinara Pasta Sauce (1-2)
Canned Artichoke Hearts (1)
Tomatoes (1-2)
Eggs (2x)
Spinach
Cheese (shredded is easiest+try using different cheeses if you want)
Cucumbers
Mushrooms
Garlic (Can buy these pre-peeled in a jar/can)
Black Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Avoid the fake "extra virgin" cheap stuff)
Preheat Oven 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook time ~45min.
1. Pour the GF Pizza Crust mix in a large mixing bowl along with the eggs and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix well. [consistency should be soft and like normal dough, not crumbly]
2. Spray a pizza pan with some olive oil spray.
3. Spread the pizza crust dough evenly on the metal pizza pan.
4. Pour and spread 1-1.5 can of the GF pasta sauce evenly on top of the pizza crust.
5. Place a lot of spinach, the pile should be at least 3-4inches tall at the center.
6. Place Cut Tomatoe slices, cut cucumber slices, sliced mushrooms, artichoke hearts as desired.
7. Sprinkle black pepper and any other spices as desired.
8. Add cheese on top.
9. Pop that sucker in the oven for ~45min and your good to go.
All listed ingredients can be found and bought at Whole Foods and are Gluten Free(Each product will be labeled "Gluten Free" somewhere-if not you got the wrong item).
