1 box of pre-made fresh tortellini
12 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or garlic olive oil
3 table spoons of dried herbs, e.g. Italian herbs, dried oregano or basil
2 tablespoons salt (for boiling water)
Pinch of salt and pepper
1) Fill pot with water, season with 2 tablespoons of salt. Boil the water.
2) Cook tortellini in a pot of boiling water. Follow instruction on the tortellini box.
3) When cooked, strain the tortellini, remove all water.
4) Toss cooked tortellini into a large serving bowl.
5) Add olive oil, dried herbs, salt and pepper. Toss and serve immediately.
