 
 Gram Flour			2 cups
White Flour			1.5 cups
Margarine 			150 grams
Salt				2 tsp
Coriander and cumin Powder	5 tsp
Sesame seeds			2 tbsp
Whole cumin seeds 			1.5 tbsp
Finely cut cilantro
Garlic & Ginger paste		1 tbsp
Mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough using water. Let the dough stand for 10 minutes. Roll out thin chapattis, cut into strips and fry.
Chapattis take a flat circular shape.
