½ C. Thai Peanut sauce (Starport 222)
12 oz. Prawns, shelled, deveined
4 stalks Green onions, 2" slant cut
1 bunch Thai basil, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, sliced
2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1. Shell and devein prawns.
2. Remove basil leaves and discard stems, slice Thai basil to ¼".
3. Slant cut green onions to 2" length.
4. Slice garlic thinly and set aside.
5. Heat a pan at medium high heat; add oil then lay prawns on pan and sear prawns about 1 minute.
6. Add in garlic and saute another minute, then add in Thai basil and green onions saute 30 seconds.
7. Add in Thai Peanut sauce saute until steaming hot, remove and divide into 2 serving.
Delicious peanutty flavor slightly spicy, great with steamed rice.
