1/2 cup lavender honey or honey of choice
2 tablespoon Organic Blenheim apricot jam
1 tablespoon 5 pepper jelly
1 tablespoon pepper flakes
2 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
1/2 pound parmigiano-reggiano
1 box crunchy bread sticks
Blend the first four ingredients in a small microwaveable bowl and
microwave for 2 minutes.
Remove bowl from microwave and top with chopped basil.
Now it's time to dip with crunchy thin bread sticks.
For a gluten free option dip with parmesan-reggiano cheese wedges.
Note: to be truly gluten free make sure eaters have their own dipping bowl.
Sweet, spicy and cheesy. What better way to snack!
