4 Chicken Legs
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 tablespoons Blueberry Jam
4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
4 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1.Marinate chicken legs with olive oil, salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
2.Bring 4 cups of water to boil. Add minced garlic and chicken legs. Cook over medium heat for 40-45 minutes.
3.In a bowl, combine blueberry jam, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Heat in a microwave for 30-40 seconds.
4.When chicken legs are cooked, place it on the plate and pour the blueberry jam sauce.
Since chicken legs are cooked with olive oil, richer flavor is brought out and olive oil makes chicken tender and juicy. The blueberry sauce goes well with chicken very well. Maybe people don't eat chicken legs much which is why I made this recipe. This sauce makes chicken legs more delicious.
