Ingredients
Your favorite fish fillets ( I use catfish as we like it’s sweetness )
Some amount of cooked rice
Some amount of your baby’s usual milk
Crushed Garlic
Chopped Onion
(Adjust the ingredients according to the amount you want)
Boil the fish fillets, crushed garlic and chopped onion in the pan until the water got dried and well-cooked. Then add the milk( I use whole cow’s milk after baby is 1 year old), heat for awhile, add the cooked rice after that and mashed and mixed all in the pan. And then it is ready to serve.
