These cookies were really good. They were sweet and not too hard. They had a cute shape and you could in no way tell they were gluten free. We enjoyed these very much.

Interesting twist on the shortbread cookie. I didn't really notice a difference in flavor between the individual cookies. I like the sweet, but not too sweet flavor. Would be fun for a themed party.
