About Oliovera
Sisters Milena and Desi created Oliovera to celebrate their love of fresh, local, and natural food. That's why they only bottle sustainable and locally grown California olive oils and vinegars.
Inspired to do social good while eating well, for every bottle sold Oliovera donates five healthy meals to a hungry child who is without access to a healthy meal.
At the end of the day, Oliovera is all about the simple things: Love for olive oil. Love for people. And the fortune to share this love with others.
Very unique samples, not something I would have tried on my own but definitely enjoyed receiving!
I love lemons
I enjoyed the olive oil sample mixed with a little bit of sea salt and pepper with some bread. The scent and taste was not overpowering, but very enjoyable to the palate
I used the myer lemon oil on an oven baked salmon and it was amazing iwth a bit of dill
I love raspberry and lemon flavors so I was thrilled to receive these samples. The olie oil is fruity, citrusy, and delctable. The raspberry vingegar is sharp but sweet and a perfect match for the oil. Plus, I love the glass bottle they came in, they are lovely and fun.
