Always cooking up something new in the kitchen in the crock pot, on the stove, or in the oven. Baking is my therapy, I recently have begun to delve into making more gluten-free options for sweets and treats to bring in to co-workers and to work meetings. I've taken a step away from starches and enjoying the challenge of making new dishes with a new, healthy goal in mind.
