I need help! My mom requested crunchy biscotti. I came up with a gingerbread / chocolate chip / walnut recipe. It didn't come out as the typical crunchy biscotti. Seems like a few years ago I read something about biscotti recipes without oil tend to be crunchier. . . any suggestions?
