Shrimp And Pasta With A Heirloom Of Tomatoes

box of barilla linguine or your fav. medium sized shrimp devained,fresh basil at least two nice sized sprigs..one lemon.2 nice roma tomatoes, garlic fresh or jarred.olive oil a cup total parmasan cheese grated salt and pepper to taste.

boil the linguine for 7 min
make sure tail is off shrimp
take the shrimp and basil
and garlic with a half of
cup of olive oil and put in
pan saute for 8-9 mintues till
shrimp gets pink..on the side cut your tomatoes to where they are diced
leave seperate.then take your
lingiune drain it put it into
a bowl with the rest of your ingredients toss around add the other half of your olive oil, now add the tomatoes salt and pepper and parm cheese to the top and enjoy.....
would be paired with a nice white crisp wine..
