Thai Pork And Rice Noodles

10 oz rice noodles
12 oz pork fillet
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 lb fresh broccoli
2 eggs
3 tablespoon oil
6 tablespoon lite soy sauce
1-1/2 tablespoon sugar
1. Slice pork fillets and marinade in oil and ½ of
soy sauce.
2. In a pot bring water to boil and cook rice
noodles for five minutes. Drain noodles and wash
with cold water.
3. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces and stew in a
pot with some salt water. Take out of the water
and let it set.
4. Heat oil in a wok or a pan. Add pork and
stir-fry.
5. Push pork to one side and quickly add beaten
eggs and gently scramble them. Stir pork and eggs.
5. Add broccoli and stir-fry.
6. Add noodles, rest of soy sauce, and sugar. Stir
well.
