Caramel Nuts And Chocolate Pie

2 bars of Milk Chocolate (3.5oz each) 4 Eggs
1 stick Butter (room temperature)
1 cup Flour
2 tablespoon sugar
1 cup Walnuts
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/4 cup Water
1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

1.Make pie crust. In a bowl, cream butter. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 cup of flour. Mix well. Work with hands until dough almost holds together. Press into 9 inch pie plate with non stick cooking spray. Poke holes in bottom and side of crust
2.Make topping. Place cooking sheet on baking dish then place walnuts on the baking dish and roast for 15 minutes at 340 degrees F.
3.In a frying pan, put 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/4 cup of water. Bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until it browns shaking the pan frequently. Do not stir. When it browns, turn off the heat, add heavy whipping cream and stir. Then add walnuts. Mix well.
4.Chop chocolate into uniform pieces and put them into a bowl. Heat 1 cup of hot water in a saucepan over low heat, place the chocolate bowl over the hot water. When chocolate starts to be melt, turn off the heat and stir frequently. When chocolate is almost melted, remove the chocolate bowl from the saucepan and stir until smooth and completely melted.
5.Then add egg yolks. Mix well.
6.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
7.In another bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks are just about to form. Add it to the chocolate mixture.
8.Fill chocolate cake mixture into the crust and place caramel walnuts on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
9.Let stand for 10 minutes, cut the cake and serve.
