2 cups of cut up green vegetables (green cabbage,
broccoli, etc.), cut into 2 by 2 inch pieces
3 cloves of garlic, smashed with the side of a
cleaver/knife
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoon soy sauce
2 Tablespoon of oyster sauce
1/3 tsp sugar
1/4 cup water
1. Heat oil over medium-high heat (no smoking).
2. Add the garlic. Immediately, add the cut up
vegetables.
3. Cook, stirring constantly until cooked slightly,
for about 2 min.
4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, and sugar.
3. Continue to stir fry until the vegetables are
cooked through.
Can serve over rice, or eat as is for a side dish.
