12 ounces 21 to 25 count shrimp, or bigger
3 ounces cream cheese ( the individual packets bought at whole sale house are perfect for this. Just cut the corner off,and you have a mimi piping bag)
2 ounces blue cheese crumbles
12 slices bacon
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon dill
Dipping sauces:
Prepared Ranch or Blue Cheese
Peel and devein shrimp.
In the space you deveined the shrimp in, put 1 teaspoon cream cheese.
Turn shrimp and dip cream cheese side into blue cheese crumbles.
Wrap a slice of bacon to completely cover the cheese, secure with a toothpick.
Arrange shrimp in a single layer on a large plate. Sprinkle half the hot sauce, turn over, sprinkle the remainder of hot sauce.
Sprinkle with dill'
Fry in 375 degree oil for 4 minutes, frying in small batches until golden
