2 to 3 apples, Granny Smith and one other crisp red apple
8 ounces honey nut cream cheese spread, softened
1 cup salted peanuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup orange juice
Wash, core, and slice apples, but do not peel.
In 2 zip lock bags pour 1/2 cup orange juice each.
Put the red apple slices in one bag, the green in another, shake to coat in the juice, and drain well.
In a bowl combine the cream cheese, vanilla and 3/4 of the peanuts, mix well.
Put dip in a pretty bowl, sprinkle the reserved peanuts on top.
Arrange the apple slices around the dip. Ilike to alternate the red and green slices.
