Holiday Stuffed Pears

4 pears
4 cups stuffing
2 cups fresh cranberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Cut pears in half and core.
Place 1/2 cup of stuffing into each pear half.
Bake for 30 minutes until tender.
Bring water, sugar, cinnamon & cranberries to a boil in a saucepan.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
When cranberries are almost done, some will burst open, add blueberries.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Spoon cranberry mixture over stuffing.
Enjoy!
