Creamy Spinach Bites
1 stick butter
1 small onion, chopped
10-ounce frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 packages mini phyllo cups
Recommended Products
Line phyllo cups on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes then tranfer to large serving dish.
In a large skillet melt butter.
Add onions and cook until translucent.
Add spinach and mix well.
Add cream cheese until completely melted.
Then combine sour cream and parmesan cheese.
Remove from stove and spoon mixture into each cup. Enjoy!
