Sparkling Cranberry Punch

64 ounces cranberry juice, divided
6 oz can frozen orange pineapple juice
2 liter bottle 7 up or ginger ale

Frozen ring:
1 quart raspberry sherbert
2 cups cranberry juice
1/3 cup fresh cranberries
1/3 cup fresh fruit of your choice, strawberries, blueberries etc
1 1/2 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

Make ring ahead of time to allow it to freeze. I use a bundt pan because it has a pretty deep design.
Combine all frozen ring ingredients. When the ring starts to set, stir to distribute ingredients.
I wait literally when every one is there to put punch together.
Put frozen orange pineapple juice in punch bowl, add half cranberry juice, and then some 7 up.
Leave room for frozen ring.
Place frozen ring in a sink of hot water to allow it to loosen.
Place in your punch, put some frozen sherbert in the middle of the ring.
