This makes about 5 dozen cookies, depending on how big you make them
2 cups dried apricots, finely chopped
2 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
14 oz can sweetened condnesed milk
1 1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup confectioners sugar to roll cookies in
Combine apricots and coconut.
Add milk, mix well.
Stir in walnuts.
Cover and Chill for 30 minutes.
Shape into 1 inch balls, mixture will be sticky.
Roll in confectioners sugar.
Store in zip lock bags in fridge.
