! can of 8 count big homestyle southern style biscuits
1 pound hamburg
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 cup barbque sauce, your fav
1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, your fav
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray muffin pan with non stick spray or use liners.
Open biscuit tube and flatten each biscuit with a rolling pin.
Place each biscuit in a muffin hole.
Heat oil in fry pan add onion and saute until translucent, add garlic and cook a minute more, add hamburg and cook until no longer pink.
Stir in barbq sauce and simmer a few minutes.
Fill each biscuit with hamburg mixture, sprinkle cheese over and bake 25 to 30 minutes,or until golden and cheese melts
