1/2 pound hamburg
4 ounces pepperoni, chopped
1 tube of 8 to a tube homestyle southern style biscuit
1 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, smashed and chopped
1 med onion chopped
1 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups mozarella
Heat olive oil.
Saute onions til translucent, add pepper, cook unitl softened, add garlic, cook for a minute, add hamburg and cook until no longer pink.
Stir in pepperoni, pizza sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Open tube of biscuits and roll out to flatten a little.
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Spray muffin pans with non stick spray or use liners
Put one biscuit in each cup.
Fill each cup with hamburg mixture, top with mozarella.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted.
