1 stick butter, softened
3 cups confectioners sugar
3/4 of a small jar of creamy peanut butter
1/4 bar paraffin wax
1 cup chocolate chips
Mix together butter, confectioners sugar, and peanut butter. Mix well and knead together. Chill for 1 hour. Roll into small balls.
Melt wax and chocolate in double boiler. Using a toothpick, dip balls into chocolate leaving the top portion of the ball exposed to resemble a real buckeye.

Hi tabbysue,
I'm sorry you had trouble with the recipe. If you follow the recipe you will see there is no water, milk, batter or donut hole pan used. You do have to use butter, NOT margarine.
i dont know who wrote this recipe but its messed up and dont make since it says water the milk then it dont say how much chocolate chips you dont water milk and if you need milk you should say how much and you have spoon into batter into the donut hole pan that dont make since you got into twice whoever wrote this should fix it the right way thank you
