Cook Brown rice as directed

Heat olive oil cook onions for 10 mins combine Ground Turkey and scramble with onions
Combind cooked rice, frozen peas
to the Turkey and onins
In a shallow roasting pan
Slice Peppes in half and stuff, topping off with sauce and sprinkle cheese
Cook covered for about 45 mins to an hour.
