Oven at 400 degrees
3 cups bread flour ( or all purpose flour)
3/4 cups buttermilk
3 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
Sift all dry ingredients. Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Use a fork and add butter until all is mix. ( use hands to work the butter )
Add the buttermilk to the mixture.
Flour your working space ( counter) . Knead the dough and roll out the dough. Cut with a biscuit cutter into shape .
Bake for about 15-18 minutes depends on your oven.
Remove when it is golden brown.
Enjoy with Honey, jam or butter.
