1 14 oz can sweet condensed milk
1 cup of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of dutch cocoa powder
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped almonds
a few drops of almond extract and rum
1 cup coconut flakes
Over medium heat mix
milk, cream, and cocoa, stirring constantly for about 15 minutes until mixture thickens and lifts from the bottom of the pan.
Remove from heat and add rum flavor or almond extract.
Cool the mixture.
Grease your hands with butter ( just a dab ) and roll into little balls with mini marshmallows and chopped almonds.
Roll the balls in cocoa powder or coconut flakes or chopped candy.
Place in small candy paper cups.
