Brownie Float

* 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 cup butter
* 1 cup white sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Transfer to a mixing bowl, cream together. Add sugar gradually. Blend in eggs one at a time.
2. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into chocolate mixture. Mix in nuts. Spoon into a muffin pan.

3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-20 minutes.

4. Remove from muffin pan and let cool.

5. Make any frosting and swirl on top. Drop on some sprinkles a cherry candy and a wafer.
