Very easy to make. Takes about 20 minutes. Double the recipe for 2 persons.
Thin slices of steak
1 large avocado sliced
1/4 bell peppers ( yellow & red)
2 cloves of garlic diced
1 large tomato
grill onions chopped
Mix greens
arugula
fresh cilantro
Olive oil
lime juice
salt & pepper to taste
In a hot skillet add olive oil and cook thin slices of steak
Grill onions & garlic ( do not burn the garlic )
On a plate arrange mix greens & arugula
Add cooked sliced steak ( while it is still warm ) add cooked onions, garlic, fresh sliced bell peppers, & tomato.
On top of the streak add the cilantro. Add the sliced avocado on the side.
Dressing:
Mix the fresh lime juice and olive oil, salt & pepper .
Drizzle dressing mixture over the steak & sliced avocado salad.
