Salami And Peas Pasta

8 oz salami, cubed
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 box (16 oz) bow-tie pasta
2 cups frozen peas
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 stalk green onion, chopped
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Recommended Products
1) Bring a large pot of salted water with olive oil to boil. Add pasta to cook for about 5-6 mins, till al dente. Drain pasta and leave pasta in the pot.
2) Put frozen peas in microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 1 minute. Doesn't need to be throughly cooked, as long as it has thawed.
3) Heat a skillet. When heated, add olive oil, butter, minced garlic, chopped onion and salami. Cook till salami is crispy. Add salt, pepper and crushed red pepper. Add peas. Continue cooking toll heated through.
4) Add salami mixture to pot of pasta. Add parmesan cheese and toss lightly. Serve immediately.
