Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup butter
Salt

Take fresh pumpkin seeds from your pumpkin. Do NOT wash the seeds, leave the chunky bits and remove the large stringy parts of the pumpkin.

Melt butter in the microwave and pour pour over the pumpkin seeds and sprinkle with salt and stir well.

Bake at 250 degrees for about an hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

My boys LOVE these. They are much, much better made with real salted butter.
