Chicken Salad

1 Pound Skinless Chicken Breasts

1 Red Apple Sliced

1 Green Apple Sliced

1 Cup Sliced Celery

1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts

1 Cartons Orange Yogurt

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

1 Package Shredded Lettuce

Place chicken in a large pan and cover with water. Cook for about 15 minutes on hight heat. Drain and cool. Cut into 1 inch long pieces, season with salt and pepper and place in a large salad bowl. Add sliced apples, celery and walnuts. Stir in yogurt and mayonnaise and toss to mix well. Chill Before serving for best taste.
