Big Sandwich

1 loaf of ciabatta bread
1/2 package of Italian dry Salame
1/2 Package Sliced pepperoni
1 lb thinly sliced provalone
1 lb thinly sliced Havarti cheese
1.5 cups of sun dried tomato pesto
1/2 cup of mayonaise

Recommended Products

Cut ciabatta bread lengthwise and slather each side with mayo and sun dried tomato pesto. Layer salame and cheese, then lightly salt and pepper.

This delicious wrap and carry sandwich is perfect for a day at the beach or tail gating at the ball park. All you need is a serrated knife and each member of your party can cut off a hunk of whatever size they might desire. My kids call it "Pizza Sandwich".
