Recommended Products
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove frozen dough from packet and wrap in plastic wrap. Thaw in fridge over night. Place on floured surface and gently pull loaf to four inch width and pull length wise to about 15 inches. Use rolling pin to help smooth out loaf.
Fill inside of loaf with cheese and pepperoni making sure to leave a bit of room on all sides. When you have filled bread, bring sides together and hold in place with toothpicks.
Bake for about thirty minutes or until golden brown on top.
Let cool slightly then slice and watch it disappear.

Chef's Note & Story
I have been making this for years for every Superbowl party or sports event and I never seem to make enough, I always hear "this is better than pizza!" The men love it the women love it the kids love it. Serve it up with a side of honey mustard for a fun twist.
If you're going to bake this, use Gallo sliced Pepperoni. The taste is just right. You'll never go wrong:-)
looks easy and yummy
This is like pizza with fillings instead of toppings. Yum!
This makes a nice hearty meal when served alongside some tomato soup.
