1 13.8 pizza crust in tube
6 ounces mortadella. thinly sliced
2 ounces green pepper. thinly sliced
6 ounces cappicola, thinly sliced
4 ounces mozarella, thinly sliced
6 ounces gallo salame, thinly sliced
Topping:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon grated asagio cheese
1 cup marinara sauce, either home made or bought.
Recommended Products
Open tube of pizza crust, pat and stretch to 15x9 inches.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, and spray with non stick spray.
Put dough on prepared cookie sheet.
On one half layer in this order,
Mortadella, green pepper, capicolla, mozarella, Gallo Salame, being carefull not to layer too close to the side. Leave 1 inch on the side.
Fold the open layer over the filled layer.
Combine olive oil, parsley, garlic powder.
Slit the top of the pizza dough in 4 places, and brush with olive oi mixture.
Sprinkle with asagio.
Bake 425 degrees for 13 to 18 minutes.
Heat marinara sauce in microwave for 1 minute, or until hot.
Serve marinara sauce on the side for dipping

Chef's Note & Story
You could add Pizza sauce between the salame and mozarella layers and use the remainder for dipping sauce for a pizza flavor.
