Vegetable Kebabs

White Pumpkin ( Lauki) 1/2 kilo
Potatoes 2 medium sized ( Boiled)
Onions 2 medium sized - finely diced.
Besan ( Gram Flour) 3 tablespoons
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) 1 teaspoon
Green Chillies 2 - finely chopped
Lime Juice 2 tablespoons
Salt to Taste
Green Coriander chopped 1 tablespoon
Cooking Oil - for deep frying.
Red Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon
Dry Mango Powder ( Amchur) 1 teaspoon
Chat Masala 1 tablespoon
1. Grate the pumplin and the pototes.
2. Sprinkly some salt and leave to settle for 30 minutes.
3. Take out any excess water by squeezing the mixture.
4. Now add the remaining ingredients.
5. Make them into small rounded balls.
6. Deep fry these balls and take out on paper towels.
Sprinkle some Chat Masala and lime juice on top.
Enjoy it with Tea or Coffee.
